Hi thanks for checking out our homebuilding site. We will break ground on April 23rd, 2001. The site is located in Wasilla about 40 miles north of Anchorage Alaska. The elevation is a whopping 350 feet and is approximately located at Lat: 61 34 N, Long: 149 26 W (represented in degrees minutes direction).
Gretchen has been designing this house for the last couple of years - home design is very evolutionary. Thus, the house design has gone through several changes since its inception.
What we hope to accomplish with this site is to allow friends and family who live elsewhere a way to keep up with our progress, as well as a build a log of day to day progress. Additionally, we look forward to notes from folks who happen upon our site. We will be adding new photos daily once we get started and will look forward to your emailed comments...Write us
