Wallowa Lake, Northeastern Oregon Wallowa Lake is located in far Northeastern Oregon six miles south of the town of Joseph. This awesome photo was taken in the winter. It definitely captures the dramatic beauty of the lake and mountains. I have lived here for 8 great years. Susan is a friend that lives across the road. She is also a very talented artist.
