Atlin Lake is located 60 miles south of the Yukon border in far northern British Columbia, Canada. This photo looks southeast toward the Cathedral Massif. Atlin Lake is 65 miles long and about 15 miles wide and is home to the highest island above a freshwater lake in North America, Teresa Island. The Lake is also one of the headwaters of the Yukon River. Some damn big fish live in this lake. If you ever get the chance to drop a line in do not hesitate to do so!!!!
