The Juneau Icefield was explored and researched by a team of dedicated scientists that has spanned over 50 years - the research continues to this day. Without the efforts of those individuals this site and these photos would not exist. Please do not get the impression that the Juneau Icefield is a place for adventure or dare-devil type of behavior.
