Adventures at Camp 13, on the Juneau Icefield, Alaska

		Another unusually bright and sunny morning on the mighty "Juneau Icefield". Of course, you only take pictures on the few bright and sunny days.

So ....once upon a time there was a building at this particular site....Camp 13 of course! During the winter, circa 1970, the building was blown apart in a windstorm. When the trail party arrived at the site the next summer the building was completely gone, all that was left was a canned ham. Which the trail party promptly ate! MMMMMMMMM Good! We wonder just how many preservatives were in that can?
